PAYMENT TERMS
ROOM RESERVATION
To confirm a room reservation, we require a deposit payment in the amount of 30% of the total for stays longer than 3 nights. For stays less than 3 nights the requested deposit payment equals to the price of one night.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Full deposit refund is available up to 30 days before your booked date of arrival.
- Partial deposit refund (50% of deposit) is available up to 15 days before your booked date of arrival.
- Deposits are non refundable in case of cancellation in the last 15 days before your booked date of arrival.
Check-in e Check-out
Guests can check in from 2 pm till 6 pm on the day of arrival and leave the room by 10am on the day of departure.
Call us in advance for arrivals in late hours.
If requested, we can store your luggage.
